Summary
We are seeking a caring and reliable Care Assistant to join our team in Glasgow. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our clients' well\-being and helping them maintain independence while ensuring they receive the highest standard of care.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Follow care plans to deliver tailored support that meets individual needs.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
- Support clients in medication management and health monitoring.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for all clients.
- Promote independence and dignity at all times.
- Qualifications
- Previous experience in care or home support is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Valid driving license is advantageous.
- Compassionate attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to follow care plans accurately.
- Good IT skills for record keeping.
- Reliable and punctual with a professional approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Pay: £13\.45 per hour
