About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to live comfortable, fulfilling, and independent lives within their own homes and the community. You’ll provide person\-centred care, promote dignity and wellbeing, and support people with daily living activities while ensuring they feel safe, respected, and valued every day.
Pay \& Benefits
- Competitive pay: £13\.00 – £13\.75 per hour (dependent on experience)
- Time and a half pay on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day

Key Responsibilities
- Support individuals with personal care and daily living tasks
- Encourage independence and confidence
- Assist with meal preparation, medication, and household tasks
- Promote choice, dignity, and respect in all aspects of care
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Support individuals to access social and community activities
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate records

- Level 2 or Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care (desirable, not essential)
