Care Assistant – Night Shift (Permanent) Lexham Green Rest Home, Buckley

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our friendly team at our 26\-bed residential care home in Buckley.

About the Role

This is a permanent night shift position working Thursday and Saturday nights, 8pm–8am each week (24 hours per week). You will play a vital role in supporting our residents' wellbeing, dignity, and comfort throughout the night, including the administration of medication (full training provided if required).

What We're Looking For

A warm, caring nature with a genuine passion for supporting others

Excellent communication skills

A minimum of one year's experience in a care setting

At least NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)

What We Offer

£13\.85 per hour, paid weekly

Overtime regularly available

Full medication administration training if not already completed

On\-site parking

A supportive and welcoming team environment
