We are a domiciliary care provider that prides itself on high quality home care within the Enfield and Haringey areas of North London.
We are seeking an efficient and compassionate Care Administrator , with experience in the Care Sector, to provide effective support to the Team and the Care Co\-ordinator, .
The key duties and responsibilities of Care Administrator will include:
Gathering information for carers payroll
Printing and distributing carers payslips
Filing
Distributing and collating care quality assurance forms to service users
Using spreadsheets to log and monitor information
Assisting Registered Manager to book Care Staff Supervisions and Appraisals
Answering the phone, dealing with queries from Carers, Service Users, Care Professionals for example Occupational Therapists, District Nurses, Social Workers, GP Surgeries, Hospitals
Providing administrative support for care staff training
Preparing Client Files, ensuring all new clients have PPE
Assisting Care Coordinator when required to produce accurate care worker rota’s
Provide cover for Care Coordinator during annual leave and absence
Assist with “on call” duties at weekends, weekday nights and bank holidays \- based on a 1 in 3 week rota.
Our ideal Care Administrator will possess strong organisational skills, have good attention to detail and strong customer service skills, be able to work with others and independently.
Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not essential; experience in an office environment is beneficial for this role of Care Administrator.
The Care Administrator must be highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
