- Proven experience at a Car Sales Manager level within a franchise-approved car dealership
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Customer-focused approach with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrable track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to develop innovative sales strategies based on market insights
- Full UK driving licence with minimal points
- A proactive, results-driven attitude and the desire to progress within a recognised automotive brand
