We are currently seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager for a well-established dealership in Bury St Edmunds.

This Sales Manager role presents a strategic opportunity for a proven automotive sales professional to lead a team of four Sales Executives, driving sales performance and customer satisfaction within a reputable dealership environment.

Our client is keen to attract individuals with strong leadership capabilities, a track record of hitting targets, and a desire to progress within the motor trade industry.

Duties of a Sales Manager:
  • Managing a team of four Sales Executives to meet and exceed sales targets

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies

  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships

  • Ensuring high standards of customer service are upheld

  • Overseeing the sales process from enquiry to delivery

  • Monitoring team performance and providing coaching and support

  • Ensuring compliance with manufacturer and industry regulations

Requirements of a Sales Manager:
  • Previous experience as a Sales Manager or General Sales Manager within the motor trade

  • Proven success in achieving sales targets and developing sales teams

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

  • Ability to work five days a week, Monday to Saturday

  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and well-organised

  • Valid UK driving licence
