Our client is seeking an experienced Car Sales Manager to lead their dealership team in Bristol.

Duties:

• Lead, motivate, and develop the Car Sales Manager team to achieve and exceed sales targets


• Devise and execute innovative sales strategies aligned with market trends


• Organise engaging sales events and campaigns that drive business growth


• Maintain excellent levels of customer satisfaction, embodying the standards expected


• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data management
