Experienced Used Car Sales Executive – Shift Motors, Leicester

Shift Motors is looking for an experienced sales executive to join our independent used car dealership. You’ll manage enquiries, build relationships with customers and take sales through from first contact to handover.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to phone, online and showroom enquiries

  • Arranging viewings, presenting vehicles and conducting test drives

  • Following up leads and closing sales

  • Creating vehicle listings and keeping adverts up to date

  • Managing paperwork and customer handovers

  • Responding professionally to customer reviews and supporting aftersales enquiries

  • Keeping sales records organised and working towards targets

Previous car sales experience, strong communication skills and a full UK driving licence are essential.

Basic pay plus commission. We’ll discuss the full package and role in person.
