Car Sales Executive (Full-time)

Job Summary

Seeking an enthusiastic \& energetic sales executive to join our automotive team. This role is ideal for individuals eager to continue a career in automotive sales, offering further hands\-on training, mentorship, and ample growth opportunities. Will learn a lot at this busy garage. The position is based at our premises in Dunboyne, Co. Meath.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Welcome and assist customers (both new \& existing), providing a friendly and professional first impression.


• Learn and explain vehicle features, pricing, and financing options to customers.


• Prepare vehicles for display and test drives.


• Liaise with Workshop re NCT checks or anything that needs to be done for vehicle to be ready for sale.


• Negotiate purchase of new vehicles for sale/stock.


• Advertise stock for sale on various platforms.


• Assist with follow\-up communications to ensure excellent customer service.


• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.


• Work towards individual sales targets with guidance.

• Prior automotive sales experience is preferable; previous customer service or retail experience is a plus.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Eagerness to learn more about vehicles, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.


• Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to take initiative.


• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.


• Basic organisational and time management skills.


• Full Clean Driving Licence.
