Vacancy: Car Sales Executive

Location: BRISTOL

Basic Salary: £21,000pa

OTE: £55,000pa - £70,000pa Uncapped

Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 - 6pm | Saturdays 9-5pm | Sundays 11-4pm (weekends on rota)

The Sales Executive Role

As a Car Sales Executive , you will be the first point of contact for customers looking for their perfect vehicle purchase. Your role will involve:

  • Engaging with inbound leads, building strong relationships, and understanding customer needs.

  • Providing expert advice on our extensive range of options and vehicle choices.

  • Negotiating and closing deals, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable customer experience.

  • Proactively managing your pipeline, following up on leads, and maximising every sales opportunity.

  • Collaborating with our Sales Support and Aftersales teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.

  • Consistently hitting and exceeding sales targets – and being rewarded for your success!

Attributes of a Car Sales Executive:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in car sales, or a face to face Sales role (but not essential – we hire attitude as much as experience!).

  • A natural communicator with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

  • A competitive, target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving results.

  • Confidence using CRM systems and working in a structured sales process.

  • A team player who thrives in a high-energy, collaborative environment.

  • A genuine passion for cars and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
