Job Opportunity: Vehicle Sales Executive

Location: Leamington Spa \- CV32 6AT
Salary: Basic Salary: £20,000 \+ On target earnings £50,000 Per Annum – (including potential bonuses)

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8\.30am – 6pm, Saturdays 8\.30am – 5pm with one hour lunch break and a day off in the week. Alternate Sundays are 10am to 4pm.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward\-thinking, customer\-focused sales team. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be the face of the dealership – guiding customers through their vehicle purchase journey from first contact to handover.

You’ll focus on delivering a personal and professional experience that builds lasting relationships and drives long\-term customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in the showroom, online, and over the phone


• Understand customer needs and present suitable new and used vehicle options


• Arrange and accompany customers on test drives


• Build trust through honest product knowledge and finance advice


• Prepare quotes, complete paperwork, and ensure full FCA compliance


• Work toward individual and team targets


• Deliver outstanding customer service from enquiry to aftersales follow\-up


• Maintain accurate CRM records and customer notes


• Support vehicle handovers, helping ensure a smooth and exciting experience for the customer

• Previous experience in vehicle sales or a customer\-facing retail role is preferred


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• A proactive, target\-driven attitude


• Confidence in using CRM systems and basic office tools


• Passion for delivering outstanding service


• Full UK driving licence – Held for a minimum of 2 years.
