Car Sales Controller
Our client, a highly successful and rapidly expanding used vehicle retailer, is seeking an experienced Sales Controller to join their high\-performing team in Hinckley.

The Role
Working closely with the management team, you will be responsible for supporting, developing, and driving the performance of the sales department while ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, coaching, and motivating the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
- Supporting sales executives with deal structuring, closing techniques, and value\-added products
- Monitoring department performance and identifying opportunities to maximise profitability
- Ensuring compliance with FCA and financial services regulations
- Maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
- Assisting with the day\-to\-day running of the dealership and supporting site management when required
To be considered, applicants must have previous experience within automotive sales and a proven track record of delivering results in a dealership environment.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Previous experience in car sales (essential)
- Experience as a Sales Controller, Business Manager, Senior Sales Executive, or similar leadership role
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A driven, target\-focused approach
- Strong organisational and compliance awareness
- FCA accreditation or willingness to obtain accreditation
- £30,000 basic salary
- Realistic OTE of £60,000
