Due to ongoing expansion, we have a vacancy for an energetic and motivated individual to join our team in Great Harwood. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service ethos and a passion for sales, with the motivation to help our nationwide customer base find their next car.
The successful applicant will be responsible for handling face to face and telephone enquiries relating to products and vehicles along with contacting customers to assist with their online finance applications/purchase reservations. We're looking for someone with the ability to interact with customers to understand their needs and find the most suitable car from our 250\+ cars in stock. This is a high volume sales, fast paced sales environment and ideally suited to somebody with a experience in the motor trade.
OTE \- £50000 per year
Responsibilities
- Deal with 30\+ customer enquiries daily.
- Contacting customers relating to online enquiries.
- Confirming customer purchase details.
- Handle customer service queries.
- Offering advice and support throughout the sales process, from application through to customer collection/delivery.
- Closing deals and offering additional warranty products.
- Following company compliance requirements.
Pay: Up to £50,000\.00 per year
