We’re looking for a confident, driven Sales Consultant with experience in vehicle leasing or the motor industry who loves talking to customers, hitting targets and closing deals.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer enquiries – no cold calling!


• Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicle and leasing solution


• Build strong customer relationships and deliver an excellent experience


• Manage leads from enquiry through to sale


• Hit and exceed sales targets and maximise every opportunity


• Keep up to date with products, manufacturers and industry knowledge


• Work in line with FCA regulations and guidelines

What we're looking for

• Experience in vehicle leasing or the motor industry \- desirable


• A natural sales personality with a real hunger to succeed


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Confident, organised and commercially focused


• Strong attention to detail


• Ability to build rapport, negotiate and close the deal


• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

£30,000 starting salary \+ realistic £40,000 OTE – uncapped

• Monday to Friday


• Office\-based in Chelmsford
