What You Can Expect

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring product availability for customers, maintaining accurate system records, and supporting efficient supply chain operations across backorder management, stock ordering, consignment requests, and custom\-made product processes.
How You'll Create Impact
----------------------------
- Manage backorders, prepare daily reports, and coordinate updates with relevant stakeholders
- Work closely with Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to resolve supply issues and drive escalations where needed
- Create and manage replenishment orders, purchase orders, and purchase requisitions in line with business demand
- Support custom\-made product processes and approved third\-party purchasing activities
- Coordinate kit creation and build activities, including warehouse releases and priority handling
- Monitor SKU and product status, ensure data accuracy, and help prevent incorrect or surplus demand
- Handle exceptional inventory and consignment requests and support cross\-market inventory movement when required

- Ideally educated to A\-level standard or equivalent
- Previous experience in supply chain and/or customer service
- Strong computer literacy, including experience with MS Office applications and SAP
- Advanced analytical skills, particularly in Excel
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- Ability to mentor and motivate team members where required
