What You Can Expect

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring product availability for customers, maintaining accurate system records, and supporting efficient supply chain operations across backorder management, stock ordering, consignment requests, and custom\-made product processes.

How You'll Create Impact
----------------------------

• Manage backorders, prepare daily reports, and coordinate updates with relevant stakeholders


• Work closely with Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to resolve supply issues and drive escalations where needed


• Create and manage replenishment orders, purchase orders, and purchase requisitions in line with business demand


• Support custom\-made product processes and approved third\-party purchasing activities


• Coordinate kit creation and build activities, including warehouse releases and priority handling


• Monitor SKU and product status, ensure data accuracy, and help prevent incorrect or surplus demand


• Handle exceptional inventory and consignment requests and support cross\-market inventory movement when required

• Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making capability


• Excellent teamwork, communication, and customer interaction skills


• High level of attention to detail


• Strong planning, organisation, and time management skills


• Self\-motivated, proactive, and results\-focused


• Ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively

• Ideally educated to A\-level standard or equivalent


• Previous experience in supply chain and/or customer service


• Strong computer literacy, including experience with MS Office applications and SAP


• Advanced analytical skills, particularly in Excel


• Professional and confident telephone manner


• Ability to mentor and motivate team members where required
