<h2>What will you be doing?</h2>
As a Candidate Consultant, you'll focus on identifying, engaging and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process.
You'll:

<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Identify and engage specialist professionals within the US data centre market</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Build and develop long-term relationships with candidates and industry professionals</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Speak with candidates to understand their experience, career goals and opportunities</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Guide candidates through the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Build and manage specialist talent networks and candidate pipelines</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Develop a strong understanding of the US data centre market</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Work closely with experienced consultants supporting major US-based projects</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Use technology and recruitment platforms to manage your candidate network effectively</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Become a trusted point of contact for candidates within your specialist market</li>
</ul>
This is a people-focused role where you'll spend your day speaking to professionals, building relationships and developing your expertise within a specialist industry.
