Cafe Manager

The Coffee House at Bradbury’s Newbridge is looking for an experienced and passionate, hands\-on Cafe Manager to lead our cafe team. The Coffee House has just been refurbished, which creates an exciting opportunity for someone who loves great coffee, excellent hospitality, and creating memorable experiences for customers.

This is a leadership position for someone who leads from the front. You’ll be responsible for the daily operation of the café, the performance and development of your team, and the experience every customer has when they walk through our door.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage daily cafe operations and lead the team.


• Deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality standards.


• Support team training.


• Maintain quality standards.


• Manage stock levels, ordering, and daily operational requirements.


• Ensure compliance with HACCP, health, and safety standards.


• Support sales growth and continuous improvement of cafe operations.

• Previous experience managing a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality team.


• Strong leadership and communication skills.


• A passion for specialty coffee and quality food.


• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.


• The ability to create a positive and welcoming team environment.

Pay: From €16\.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35\.0 – 40\.0 per week

Work Location: In person
