Cafe Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Cafe Manager to lead our vibrant cafe team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Duties

• Lead daily cafe operations, ensuring smooth service from opening to closing


• Supervise and motivate staff, including baristas, servers, cooks, and bartenders


• Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards


• Manage inventory levels for food, beverages, and supplies; place orders as needed


• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation procedures


• Coordinate with kitchen staff to optimize food production and presentation


• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally


• Train new team members on service protocols, safety standards, and product knowledge


• Maintain a lively atmosphere that encourages teamwork, efficiency, and guest satisfaction

Requirements

• Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment


• Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and culinary techniques


• Experience with bartending and serving in fast\-paced settings


• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively


• Knowledge of food safety standards and food production processes


• Familiarity with kitchen operations, hotel or restaurant experience is a plus


• Barista experience is desirable to support beverage offerings


• Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality


• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
