Café Assistant Manager Full Time

ROLE:

• Lead and support our café team, ensuring smooth day\-to\-day operations.


• Maintain exceptional customer service standards, creating a welcoming environment for every guest.


• Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and drinks, ensuring quality and consistency.


• Manage staff schedules, delegate tasks, and motivate the team during busy periods.


• Handle cash and card transactions, ensuring tills balance at the end of the day.


• Maintain a clean, organized café environment, complying with health and safety standards.


• Monitor stock levels, placing orders to ensure the café runs efficiently.


• Assist with training new staff and encouraging professional development.

What You Bring:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role, ideally in a café, restaurant, or similar setting.


• Excellent customer service and communication skills.


• Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate a team.


• A proactive and problem\-solving mindset.


• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.


• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.

Pay: €32,000\.00\-€35,500\.00 per year
