Academics is looking to recruit dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to work across a range of nursery settings in Eastbourne on a flexible, ad hoc basis.

Key Responsibilities • Support children's learning and development in accordance with the EYFS framework.

• Deliver engaging activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, and confidence.


• Maintain a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for all children.


• Assist with daily nursery routines, including mealtimes, play sessions, and learning activities.


• Promote positive behaviour and support children's emotional wellbeing.


• Work effectively as part of different nursery teams across Eastbourne.

Requirements • CACHE Level 3 Qualification in Childcare and Education or an equivalent recognised Early Years qualification.

• Previous experience working within a nursery or childcare setting.


• Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).


• A positive, adaptable, and professional attitude.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• A strong commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.
