About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Car Sales Executive to join our successful sales team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with automotive sales experience who thrives in a target\-driven environment and enjoys delivering exceptional customer service.

As a BYD Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving the success of the dealership by helping customers find the right vehicle and delivering an outstanding buying experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed new \& used vehicle sales targets


• Promote finance, insurance, warranties, service plans, and additional products


• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales journey


• Build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs


• Use digital tools and online platforms to assist customers remotely


• Complete all sales paperwork accurately and efficiently


• Stay up to date with BYD products, industry trends, and new vehicle technology

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in vehicle sales or a similar sales environment


• Friendly, professional, and customer\-focused


• Motivated to exceed monthly targets


• Confident communicating with customers and colleagues


• A strong team player with a positive attitude


• Comfortable using digital technology and online systems

Requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence (required)


• Maths \& English Grade 4–9


• Previous motor retail sales experience desirable
