You’ll also be the go\-to contact for our stores, working closely with Area Managers to understand and respond to store needs effectively.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Supplier \& store liaison: Communicate with suppliers and act as first contact for stores and Area Managers
- Product \& pricing setup: Manage new product data, pricing accuracy, and internal system updates
- Promotions \& POS coordination: Organise signage, merchandising instructions, and warehouse distribution
- Forecasting \& ordering: Collaborate with Merchandisers to support stock planning and order placement
- Reporting \& data management: Maintain stock data and produce regular/ad hoc reports
- Passionate about retail and customer experience
- Highly organised and detail\-oriented
- Strong communicator across teams and departments
- Proactive and able to work independently or collaboratively
- Process\-driven with a knack for improvement
