You will act as the bridge between our technology capabilities and business needs, starting with Compliance. By identifying where automation and AI can drive measurable improvements, you will directly impact our ability to scale efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of Swiss banking reliability.

Your Responsibilities

• Own the technology enablement agenda across Alpian, acting as the primary partner for business departments to translate operational constraints into executable solution designs.


• Lead the identification and prioritization of automation and AI opportunities within regulated workflows, specifically targeting KYC, transaction monitoring, and operational controls.


• Design and deliver structured enablement sessions to help business teams master our banking and data platforms in their daily context.


• Drive the adoption of new tools and processes, ensuring they are integrated seamlessly into production environments.


• Collaborate with the CPO and Product teams to ensure business\-led opportunities are accurately reflected in the product roadmap.


• Deliver measurable outcomes by tracking impact through concrete operational metrics rather than transformation jargon.


• Ensure all technology\-driven improvements align with regulatory requirements and maintain a clear audit trail.

Erfahrung / Fähigkeiten erforderlich****:

Must\-have:

• Proven experience driving technology\-led operational improvements in a regulated financial services environment (e.g., banking operations, compliance, or KYC).


• Strong technical foundation with the ability to read solution designs and engage credibly with software engineers and architects.


• Demonstrated ability to structure complex business requirements into precise, implementable specifications.


• Professional fluency in English; French or German is a significant advantage in the Swiss market.


• Experience owning end\-to\-end delivery programs from discovery through to production.

• Experience in a startup or scale\-up fintech environment.


• Familiarity with modern AI and data platforms.


• Knowledge of Swiss banking regulations and FINMA standards.

• An ownership mentality with a focus on delivering high\-quality, production\-ready results.


• Client\-first thinking, ensuring technology always enhances the human and premium experience.


• A collaborative spirit, able to align stakeholders across legal, compliance, and engineering functions.
