About the Company
We are a growing business providing professional support services and operational solutions across multiple sectors. We are looking for a motivated and organised Business Support Officer to assist with day\-to\-day business operations, administration, compliance, HR coordination, and client support.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Support daily business operations and administrative activities
- Maintain employee and company records securely within the HR system
- Coordinate recruitment activities, onboarding, and staff documentation
- Assist with scheduling, reporting, invoicing, and internal communications
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, contractors, and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and UK employment regulations
- Support management with operational planning and project coordination
- Maintain accurate digital filing and documentation systems
- Assist with payroll coordination and pension administration
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and operational summaries when required
- Previous experience in administration, business support, or office coordination
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage confidential information professionally
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good problem\-solving and multitasking abilities
- Business Administration qualification or equivalent experience
- Experience using HR or payroll systems
- Knowledge of UK employment procedures and compliance
