The company offers a wide range of expert, commercial property specialist services; operating across the UK, working for a wide range of commercial landlords, developers, occupiers and asset/fund managers.

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Support Manager to oversee and streamline administrative operations within our organisation. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing office functions, directly speaking and managing client projects, supervising team members, and ensuring effective communication across departments. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and experience in office administration to contribute to the efficiency and growth of our business.

Duties

  • Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth workflow across departments

  • Manage team members, providing supervision, guidance, and support to optimise performance

  • Handle human resources responsibilities including recruitment, onboarding, and staff development programmes

  • Maintain accurate financial records using Xero Accounts, Excel and assist with Profit \& Loss, forcasting and budgeting processes

  • Coordinate office activities such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems

  • Provide exceptional phone etiquette when liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams

  • Organise and facilitate training sessions or professional development activities for staff

  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures

  • Support management in strategic planning and project coordination

  • Produce client proposals and oversee projects deadlines.

  • Manage business development events, social media and marketing.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles, with a strong background in organisational management

  • Supervising or team management experience is essential

  • Proficiency in Xero accounting software, Excel, Word, Outlook and Adobe is a must.

  • Solid understanding of human resources practices and procedures

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

  • Experience in handling administrative duties within a professional environment

  • Demonstrated phone etiquette and customer service skills

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: £25,783\.44\-£50,258\.33 per year
