Job Summary
The Business Support Engineering (m/f/d) supports engineers in administrative, organizational, and technical processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Supporting the approval and commissioning of external service providers
- Handling purchasing processes and controlling activities for the department
- Assisting engineers in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation
- Creating, coordinating, and implementing processes
- Planning, coordinating, and following up on meetings and internal events
- Supporting the onboarding process
- Assisting with bookings of seminars, training sessions, and business travel

- Successfully completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification

- Initial professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in an internationally operating company

- Solid knowledge of MS Office; SAP knowledge is desirable
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Technical affinity
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities, with enthusiasm for working in internationally structured teams
The annual base salary range for this position is €40,900\.00 \- €52,000\.00\. Total target compensation is determined using objective and gender\-neutral criteria, including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, market benchmarks, geographic location, and the scope and responsibilities of the role.
This position may be eligible for variable compensation and other incentive programs in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans within the country of employment. In addition, team members are eligible to participate in the company’s benefits and total rewards programs applicable to their location and employment status.
