WE4U Limited is seeking a motivated Business Sales Executive to promote and sell the company’s IT consultancy, PCB designing, mechanical modelling, engineering, and technical services to businesses in the UK and international markets.
The candidate will be responsible for generating sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, negotiating commercial agreements, and supporting business growth.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business and sales opportunities
- Contact potential clients through calls, emails, meetings, and networking
- Promote the company’s engineering, IT, PCB design, CAD modelling, and consultancy services
- Discuss customer requirements and recommend suitable services and solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, pricing details, and sales agreements
- Negotiate commercial terms with clients and business partners
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct follow\-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and secure repeat business
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and contracts
- Work closely with technical and management teams to support project delivery
- Attend business meetings, exhibitions, and networking events as required
- Achieve agreed sales and business development targets
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Experience in sales, business development, account management, or customer relations
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of technical or IT\-related services preferred
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
