We are seeking a commercially focused Business Sales Executives to support client acquisition, learner recruitment growth, and business expansion activities.
Role Overview
The Business Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting the company’s training services, developing commercial relationships, and increasing learner enrolments through proactive sales and business development activities.
The role requires a target\-driven individual with strong communication and relationship management skills who can independently manage business Sales and development activities and contribute to the growth strategy of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
\* Identify and develop new business opportunities for the company’s training services
\* Promote training programmes to individuals, businesses, and external organisations
\* Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients, referral partners, and stakeholders
\* Generate new leads through networking, outreach activities, referrals, and business sales and development initiatives
\* Manage and follow up sales enquiries to support conversion into learner enrolments
\* Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing clients and business contacts
\* Support the achievement of learner recruitment and revenue targets
\* Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities
\* Maintain accurate sales, lead, and business development records using internal systems and Excel
\* Participate in promotional events, outreach activities, and networking opportunities where required
\* Work collaboratively with management to support business growth strategies and commercial objectives
\* Prepare business sales and development reports and provide regular updates on pipeline activity and lead generation performance
Skills \& Experience Required
\* Previous experience in business sales, development, client acquisition, or commercial relationship management (CRM)
\* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
\* Ability to generate leads and convert enquiries into business opportunities
\* Experience managing client relationships and sales pipelines
\* Commercially aware with a target\-oriented approach
\* Good organisational and administrative skills
\* Competent in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and CRM system
\* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
Desirable Experience
\* Experience in sales and development and service sector but not mandatory
\* Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes
\* Experience in B2B and B2C business Sales and development activities
\* Understanding of vocational or professional training environments
