Job Overview
A Business Sales Executive at Apna Virsa Ltd, T/A Kulcha Express Restaurant is responsible for increasing restaurant revenue by attracting new customers, developing corporate accounts, promoting catering and event services, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role focuses on generating business from offices, schools, local organizations, events, and repeat customers.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential corporate, retail, and community clients.
- Promote restaurant services, catering packages, party orders, and special promotions.
- Generate new leads through networking, calls, emails, social media, and local visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing packages for clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals within company guidelines.
- Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Follow up with customers to encourage repeat business and gather feedback.
- Maintain sales records, customer databases, and activity reports.
- Monitor competitors and identify new business opportunities in the local market.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.

Essential
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in:
- Business Administration
- Sales and Marketing
- Hospitality Management
- Hotel and Restaurant Management
- Commerce or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in restaurant, hospitality, catering, or food\-service sales.
- Training or certifications in sales, marketing, customer relationship management, or hospitality management.
- Previous experience in restaurant sales, catering sales, hospitality sales, business development, or customer\-facing roles.
- Experience managing corporate accounts and event bookings is an advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
