Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Sales and Development Manager to lead our efforts in expanding client relationships and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales processes, and experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing accounts, and developing tailored sales strategies to meet organisational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Utilise CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, monitor sales pipelines, and analyse sales data for informed decision\-making.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that support sales initiatives.
- Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and contracts customised to client needs.
- Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Lead negotiations with prospective clients to secure profitable agreements while maintaining organisational standards.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights to senior management.
- Proven experience in business development or sales management within a B2B environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce and other CRM tools.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans that align with organisational goals.
- Knowledge of industry\-specific markets is advantageous but not essential.
