Business Relationship Manager

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Business Relationship Manager. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be engaged in dynamic projects for our client, bringing your expertise and values to every engagement. You will be hired by Keystone Solutions to work on client projects, ensuring a professional and value\-driven approach in all your responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the single point of contact for all client queries, managing, analyzing, following up, and resolving them while keeping stakeholders informed in a timely and client\-focused manner.


• Swiftly acknowledge and investigate all claims, implementing preventive measures to avoid recurrence.


• Supervise the activity of the Hub, challenge findings, and provide guidance to the team.


• Produce key performance indicators, share them with relevant stakeholders, and escalate issues to management.


• Identify areas of improvement locally and with operational teams, analyze incidents, and ensure the delivery of preventive measures.

• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.


• Master's degree in economics or a similar qualification.


• At least 2 years of experience in accounts reporting, Financial Middle or Back Office, control, or consolidation processes/products.


• Strong MS Office (Excel \& Access) skills are mandatory.


• Experience with BNPP tools and financial processes, and knowledge of Blackrock Aladdin are assets.


• Good experience in Middle or Back Office is mandatory; experience in banking or Asset Management environments is preferable.


• Ability to show resilience in stressful situations.


• Strong client focus, anticipation of client needs, and commitment to high quality.

• Team player, flexible, and rigorous in all situations.


• No travel required; up to 50% telework possible after training period.
