Mission of the Role: Strengthen the effectiveness of Global Business Services (GBS) by providing structured process visibility, analytical insights, and standardized improvement inputs across end\-to\-end finance operations, while building cross\-functional expertise within the GBS model.
Key Objectives of this Role:
Ensure consistent visibility of process performance across O2C, P2P, and R2R* Supports standardized KPI tracking within defined process areas
- Produces clear, structured reporting on KPI’s and Department Plan for CAO and CFO
- Advises on perceived performance gaps using consistent GBS framework standards
- Provides decision\-ready visibility to process owners and leadership
- Quantifies drivers of inefficiency (manual work, rework, process variation)
- Structures inputs that enable prioritization of improvement initiatives
- Aligns identified opportunities with existing GBS priorities and initiatives
- Ensures requirements are aligned with standardized process definitions
- Incorporates SAP system constraints and existing workflows into requirement design
- Produces inputs that can be directly used by IT and digital teams for execution
- Documents standardized approaches and contributes to process documentation updates
- Reduces variability by clarifying definitions, steps, and expected outputs
- Proposes changes to current processes based on identified gaps
- Contributes structured inputs in leadership and operational forums
- Demonstrates increasing autonomy in defined analytical and process areas
- Builds personal capability to handle broader and more complex topics over time
- 8\+ years of experience in finance operations or shared services environments
- Exposure to end\-to\-end finance processes (O2C, P2P, R2R)
- Experience in process analysis, reporting, or improvement initiatives
- Hands\-on knowledge of SAP and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI preferred)
- Strong analytical structuring and problem\-solving capability
- Ability to translate operational challenges into structured insights and requirements
- Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills
