<li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Plan, design, and implement strategic initiatives to get to our Business Plan</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Define the reporting frameworks of our commercial teams to monitor performance and guide strategic decision-making</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Analyze commercial results and identify inefficiencies, trends, and opportunities for growth</li>

<div class="p-rich_text_section">You are a highly business-driven, detail-oriented professional with a proactive, hands-on mindset and the ability to navigate complex challenges. You thrive in fast-paced settings and have the skills to manage multiple priorities with ease.</div>

<li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy, Growth or Analytics roles.</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Solid understanding of commercial KPIs, forecasting, and business planning</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Comfortable translating complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with executive-level exposure</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution</li>
