Your Key Accountabilities

Job Purpose

In this senior leadership role, you will act as a strategic partner to the EOM business, driving financial performance, enabling data‑driven decision\-making, and leading digital transformation. You will play a key role in shaping the future of the business by ensuring strong financial governance, operational excellence, and sustainable value creation.

Key Accountabilities

• Own the full P\&L of the EOM business unit, ensuring performance, transparency, and financial health.


• Partner with senior stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable plans and high\-quality financial insights.


• Lead financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and advanced financial modelling.


• Drive business performance through portfolio optimization, revenue enhancement, and margin improvement.


• Execute the business plan with disciplined cost control, including capex and operational spending.


• Lead digital and systems transformation initiatives across finance and business operations.


• Steer Business IT towards operational excellence and impactful data\-driven insights.


• Implement and improve a robust Sales \& Operations Planning (S\&OP) process.


• Ensure strong governance, risk management, and compliance with internal policies and hedging mandates.


• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and KPI\-based performance management.


• Lead, develop, and inspire a high\-performing finance team.

Who we are looking for

• Senior finance leader with proven experience in full P\&L responsibility within complex environments.


• Strong business partner with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders.


• Expert in financial planning, analysis, and performance management.


• Experience in digital transformation and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Anaplan, Power BI).


• Solid understanding of Business IT and its role in driving operational excellence.


• Experience with S\&OP or integrated business planning processes.


• Highly analytical, data\-driven, and commercially minded.


• Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of building high\-performing teams.


• Proactive, results\-oriented, and comfortable in dynamic environments.


• Fluent in English and Dutch and willing to travel internationally.
