Business Operations Intern

About the Position 
Are you looking for an internship where you can learn fast, work with real business data and see how commercial decisions are made? As part of the Business Operations team in Spain, you will gain hands-on experience in an international environment and contribute to projects that support the sales organization. This is a great opportunity for a student or recent graduate who wants to build strong foundations in analytics, reporting, systems and business operations.

Throughout the internship, you will receive guidance from the team, develop practical skills in tools such as Excel, Tableau and Salesforce, and progressively take on more responsibility as you grow in confidence. If you enjoy solving problems, working with data and learning how business processes drive performance, this role will give you meaningful exposure and a strong start to your career.
 
A Day in the Life
No two days are exactly the same. In this internship, you will support the sales organization through reporting, data maintenance and business analysis, while learning how commercial teams use information to make better decisions. You will work with Excel, Tableau and Salesforce, collaborate with the Director of Sales Operations and the wider team, and contribute to ongoing initiatives that improve visibility, accuracy and efficiency across the business.
 
Who you are
You are curious, analytical and eager to learn. You enjoy working with data, are comfortable with structure and detail, and like understanding how things work behind the scenes. You may be currently studying, or have recently completed, a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field. A solid foundation in Excel is important, and any exposure to Tableau, Salesforce, SQL, Python or AI tools will be a plus. Most importantly, you bring a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the motivation to grow in a dynamic, international environment.
Fluency in Spanish and English is important, as you will be working in a collaborative and international environment where curiosity, ownership and willingness to learn are highly valued.

What you will learn and contribute to

• Support the maintenance and update of information in the company’s CRM.


• Assist in the preparation of reports and dashboards for different stakeholders across the organization, including sales teams and leadership.


• Contribute to the analysis of key business metrics and indicators to support performance monitoring and decision-making.


• Help review data quality and support regular audits to improve accuracy across reporting processes.
