In Belgium, T\-Systems Belgian Road Charging is a key partner of Satellic, the Belgian company which was appointed in July 2014 by the three Belgian Regions to collect on their behalf the toll from Heavy Goods Vehicles of over 3\.5 tonnes and from N1 BC vehicles.

In less than two years, and thanks to the active support of T\-Systems Belgian Road Charging, Satellic designed, built, financed, and made operational a complete kilometer charging system. Together, Satellic and T\-Systems Belgian Road Charging continue maintaining and operating, under the supervision of Viapass, the Belgian toll system they have fully built up. This vast experience in all the aspects of the deployment of an intelligent kilometer charging system makes the partnership between Satellic and T\-Systems Belgian Road Charging the undisputed technological leader in this field.

Currently, T\-Systems Belgium Road Charging is looking for a Business Operations Analyst in The Customer Finance Services Tribe

Mission:

• Ensuring correct and timely billing, payment, collection and disbursement activities


• Validating invoices and Payment requests for Sales\-Partners, End\-Customers and Service Providers


• Analyze and perform quality controls on data to support business decisions


• Monitoring of operational tasks in progress


• Analyze problems raised by customers or production support, find and implement a solution (mostly in an emergency / crisis context with high pressure, stress and quick results expectation)


• Propose \& analyze application improvements (performance, robustness …)


• Coordinate changes and projects with development and testing

• You are a team player with high degree of attention to detail.


• You have a bachelor’s degree in at least one of the followings fields: financials or in absence of degree equivalent professional experience and financial trainings.


• You are proficient in English.

• Master's degree or equivalent diploma in at least one of the followings: in financials or in absence of degree equivalent professional experience and financial trainings;


• Minimum 3 years of experience;


• Always tries to understand the bigger picture.

• Good team member,


• Ability to learn quickly new tools and systems and a good understanding of the software development cycle

• Good knowledge of the change procedures


• understanding of Data Protection and GDPR implications on the business,


• Knowledge of JIRA,


• Experience with Agile methodology,


• Ability to prepare test plan and contribute to the test strategy definition,


• Accounting knowledge and Banking knowledge are assets


• Understanding of the Payment Service provider business and control


• Experience in internal controls in finance or finance tech environment


• Advanced Excel VBA / Advanced SQL and Database knowledge is required


• The knowledge or at least a strong interest for the financial flow is a clear advantage.
