This is a full\-time, on\-site role for a Real Estate Business Manager, located in Óbidos. The Business Manager will oversee day\-to\-day operations of the E\&V offices, manage sales teams, and ensure efficient business processes.
Responsibilities include the following:
- Support advisors and staff with the processes, CRM discipline, and documentation.
- Manage administrative workflows, invoices, payroll/attendance, and office procedures.
- Conduct recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and team communication.
- Ensure compliance with anti\-money laundering documentation and IMPIC reporting.
- Maintaining Engel \& Völkers brand standards and office presentation.
- Collaborate with marketing to design and execute campaigns aligned with the company's goals.
- Represent the license area at E\&V internal and external events in Portugal.
- Align operational priorities and strategic direction with the company shareholders.
- When necessary act as a sales advisor or business developer when required.
- Manage all aspects related to the shareholder properties in Portugal.
- Track and analyse sales performance and ensure outstanding client satisfaction.

About you:
- Proficiency in operations, market analysis, and client relationship management
- Strong leadership, team management, and coaching abilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem\-solving skills
- Proficiency in relevant technology tools, such as CRM software and real estate platforms
- Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional language skills are advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven work experience in a leadership role
- Experience in real estate industry would be of advantage
