As part of SII Group Spain's continued growth, you will play a key role in supporting the commercial and operational development of our Business Unit.

Your role will combine business development, recruitment, and support in team management.

1. Business development and client management

C* old calling, prospecting, client meetings, and opportunity follow\-up

I

• dentifying needs, preparing commercial proposals, and building long\-term relationships

. Recruitment and team follow\-up

H* iring your own team and helping it grow within projects, with clients, and within SII

. Support to the operational management of the Business Unit

M* onitoring key performance indicators (activity, margin, forecast)

P

• reparing reports and supporting the day\-to\-day coordination of the unit

YOUR PROFILE

A* n Engineering degree

E

• xcellent command of English, both written and spoken

• nitial experience in technical roles

• trong organizational skills, active listening, and a client\-oriented mindset

• ynamism, rigor, ambition, and an entrepreneurial spirit
