Recruitment Business Manager – Northampton Procurement, Supply Chain and Logistics

Northampton (Brackmills) | Hybrid - 4 days in the office 1 from home (Driving required)
Up to £47,000 with car allowance plus uncapped bonus


Reed is hiring a Business Manager to lead our Procurement, Supply Chain and Logistics sector in Northampton. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced 360 recruiter ready to step into management, or an established Recruitment Manager looking to own and grow a successful, desk.

This will be covering the whole of the Midlands focusing on building longstanding relationships with clients in the logistics, procurement and supply chain area, this is a growing market for Reed and we've seen growth year on year.

What you’ll be doing

  • Running a successful 360 recruitment desk across this sector

  • Managing and developing a small team of Recruitment Consultants

  • Growing market share across the Midlands

  • Building strong client relationships and winning new business

  • Driving performance, quality and profitability

  • Leading by example and championing Reed’s values

  • Proven experience as a 360 recruiter

  • Management experience or a clear ambition to step into leadership

  • Strong sales drive, resilience and commercial focus
