Business Growth Manager \| The Converters Home Improvement Group

Location: Dunfermline, Fife, Scotland
Package: £40,000 – £50,000 \+ Performance Bonus \+ Profit Share Opportunity

The Converters Home Improvement Group is an ambitious and fast\-scaling multi\-brand home improvement business with a vision to become a leading digitally\-led home improvement group across the UK. Through strong branding, modern marketing, CRM automation, remote sales capability, and scalable operational systems, the group is focused on expanding into new regions and launching additional divisions including home extensions and windows \& doors.

We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Business Growth Manager to help scale lead generation, CRM automation, digital marketing performance, direct marketing and regional expansion across Scotland and the wider UK.

This is not a traditional marketing role. We are seeking someone focused on measurable business growth, lead generation, performance marketing, systems, and scaling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support our team to scale Meta and PPC digital advertising campaigns

  • Improve lead generation, funnels, landing pages, and conversion rates

  • Build and optimise CRM automation, cross promoting and customer journeys

  • Support regional expansion campaigns and growth strategies

  • Analyse KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI

  • Work closely with directors on growth initiatives and scaling plans

  • Help implement AI and automation tools within the business
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong experience in digital marketing and lead generation

  • Experience with Meta Ads and performance marketing

  • CRM and automation experience (Go High Level desirable)

  • Commercial mindset focused on growth and results

  • Highly organised, data\-driven, and proactive

  • Entrepreneurial attitude with a hands\-on approach

  • Experience within home improvements, construction, property, or high\-ticket sales would be advantageous
