Business Development Trainee

Location: Chelmsford, Essex
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm
Salary: Competitive pay \+ bonus structure

About the Role

We're a growing sales and marketing company based in Chelmsford, working with well\-known brands across different industries.

We're looking for a friendly, motivated Business Development Trainee who wants to learn new skills, gain hands\-on experience and build a career in sales, marketing and business development. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, good communication skills and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Be Doing

• Representing well\-known brands and promoting their products and services.


• Speaking with potential customers and explaining what we offer.


• Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.


• Building positive relationships with customers.


• Working towards individual and team targets.


• Learning sales, marketing and business development techniques.

What We're Looking For

• Good communication and people skills.


• Confidence when meeting and speaking to new people.

• An interest in sales, marketing or business.

*Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service or other customer\-facing roles would be helpful, but isn't essential.*
