Business Development & Sales Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially minded Business Development \& Sales Manager to join our growing architecture practice.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual with a genuine interest in architecture, design and the built environment.
Working closely with the Director, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships and supporting the continued growth and profile of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a proactive business development, sales and marketing strategy aligned with the practice's growth objectives.
- Identify, research and generate new business opportunities and prospective clients.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings / sales appointments for the Director.
- Develop and manage the practice's media and digital marketing strategy to increase visibility and engagement.
- Identify opportunities to raise the profile of the practice within the architecture and wider built\-environment sector.
- Attending professional networking and industry events.
- Coordinate and support the practice's CPD events.
We are looking for a commercially driven and organised professional who can confidently develop new opportunities while building strong, long\-term relationships.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in sales or business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with clients and industry professionals.
- A proactive and self\-motivated approach to generating new business.
- Strong networking skills.
- Experience developing or implementing marketing strategies would be advantageous.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with Directors and the wider practice team.
