Help Build the Next Generation of European Defense Technology

We are not looking for traditional salespeople.

We are looking for commercially driven operators who understand how to build relationships, open strategic doors, and help scale a fast\-growing defense company from the ground up.

At AIA, we develop next\-generation ammunition, warheads, production capabilities, Remote Controlled Weapon Systems (RCWS), and Counter\-UAS solutions for the evolving European defense landscape.

The market is moving fast. Demand is real. Governments are investing heavily in sovereign defense capabilities.

What You’ll Do

As part of our Business Development \& Sales team, you will help drive the commercial growth of AIA across defense, government, and industrial markets.

You will work directly with leadership, engineering, and strategic partners to identify opportunities, build relationships, and convert them into long\-term business.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Developing new business opportunities within defense and security markets

  • Building relationships with government, military, OEM, and industry stakeholders

  • Managing commercial discussions and strategic partnerships

  • Supporting international sales activities and customer acquisition

  • Identifying market opportunities and emerging defense requirements

  • Representing AIA at meetings, exhibitions, and industry events

  • Supporting proposal development, tenders, and negotiations

  • Helping shape commercial strategy in a rapidly growing organization
This is not a corporate maintenance role.
You will help build the commercial foundation of a next\-generation defense company.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for ambitious, commercially strong people who thrive in high\-responsibility environments.

Important:

  • Experience in business development, sales, account management, or strategic partnerships

  • Strong communication and relationship\-building skills

  • Interest in defense, security, aerospace, or high\-tech industries

  • Comfortable operating in fast\-moving environments

  • Proactive mindset with strong ownership mentality

  • Fluent in English (required)

  • Dutch\-speaking preferred
Strong plus:
  • Experience within the defense industry

  • Existing network within defense, government, or industrial sectors

  • Experience with complex technical products or regulated industries

  • Understanding of procurement processes and long sales cycles

  • International commercial experience
