Salary: £30,000 per annum \+ Uncapped Bonus \+ Expenses \+ Potential Company Car
Location: Manchester \& North West (with travel as required)
About Us
We are a growing Facilities Management company providing Concierge, Cleaning, Caretaker, waking watch ,Fire Marshal and Support Services to residential and commercial developments across the North West. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Executive to help expand our client portfolio.
The Role
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with property management companies, developers, managing agents, and commercial clients, and generating new contracts for our concierge, cleaning, caretaker and support services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, developers and managing agents.
- Arrange and attend sales presentations and site visits.
- Prepare proposals and quotations for prospective clients.
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth contract mobilisation.
- Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets.
- Previous B2B sales experience preferred.
- Experience within Facilities Management, Property Management, Security, Concierge or Cleaning sectors would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and relationship\-building skills.
- Self\-motivated, organised and target\-driven.
- Full UK driving licence.
