They’re now looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive to join their high-performing team and convert a steady stream of inbound enquiries into business success.
What You’ll Be Doing • Converting inbound leads into sales across industry-recognised training programmes
- Promoting sought-after qualifications including Prince2, ILM, CMI, NVQs and CITB courses
- Building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients across a range of sectors
- Delivering engaging consultations and showcasing the value of tailored training solutions
- Working closely with marketing to support campaigns and maximise opportunities
- Staying ahead of industry trends and continuously developing your expertise
- A confident communicator with strong presentation skills
- Experience in account management and client relationship building
- A proactive approach to sales, including outbound and cold-calling activity
- Highly organised with strong time management skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a bonus)
- A resilient, positive mindset with the ability to handle diverse client needs professionally
