Business Development & Sales Associate
Help people across Bristol live with less pain — and grow three of the city's busiest chiropractic practices while you do it.
What you'll actually do
Run workplace events, public talks, screenings and community activity across Bristol. Have conversations with everyday people about how chiropractic care can help them feel better. Build genuine relationships with local businesses, sports clubs and community groups. Create events that bring people through the door. Work shoulder\-to\-shoulder with the clinical teams at all three practices so every opportunity lands well. Own your diary, own your patch, own your numbers.
You will be directly influencing the conversion of the public into chiropractic patients.
Why it matters
This is a role with two kinds of impact. The first is human: most of your week is spent out in the city, meeting people, listening, and having real conversations about how chiropractic care will help them. The second is commercial: you own the top of the funnel for three practices, and the growth you drive shows up directly in the numbers — and in your bonus.
This isn't hard selling. It's consultative, warm, and honest. You're out among people day to day — talking about their backs, their necks, the pain they've lived with for years. Your job is to help them see how chiropractic can change that, and to get them through the door for a consultation with one of our chiropractors.
Alongside the community work, you'll build partnerships with local employers and organisations — the kind that lands you in front of a team at a large employer one week and a local sports club the next. We already work with organisations like David Lloyd, the Bristol Flyers and Bristol Bowls Club among many others. Your job is to deepen those relationships and open new ones — but the heart of the role is with people, in the community, not in boardrooms.
Who we're looking for
A natural\-people person. Someone who genuinely enjoys talking to strangers, listening, and finding out what's going on for them. You're warm and consultative, never pushy — but you're target\-driven and self\-sufficient, and you take pride in hitting your numbers.
You believe in what we do, and you're confident telling people how we can help them to live the life they want to. You're equally comfortable at a community talk, in a boardroom or with the clinical team. Some B2B or community engagement experience helps, but attitude and people skills matter more than a polished sales CV.
A full UK licence, a car, and a base in or near Bristol are essential as is an interest in health and wellbeing.
