Accountabilities:

  • Own and develop a dedicated SMB territory across the UKI and Benelux markets.

  • Generate net-new business pipeline through high-volume outbound prospecting activities.

  • Execute structured multi-channel outreach campaigns including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn engagement.

  • Conduct discovery and qualification calls with prospective SMB clients.

  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless handoff of qualified sales opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline tracking, and reporting using HubSpot.

  • Monitor outreach performance metrics and continuously optimize prospecting strategies based on data and feedback.

  • Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and sales automation processes.

  • Consistently achieve outreach activity targets, pipeline goals, and meeting quotas.

Requirements


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment such as sales, business development, consulting, startups, or similar fields.

  • Completed commercial training or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.

  • Excellent English communication skills with CEFR C2 proficiency.

  • Strong confidence and resilience in cold calling and outbound sales activities.

  • High level of motivation, ownership, and accountability for achieving targets.

  • Structured, disciplined, and highly organized working style.

  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with comfort working toward KPIs and performance metrics.

  • Ability to thrive in a remote-first, collaborative, and high-performance environment.

  • Interest in building a long-term career in B2B SaaS sales.

  • Previous exposure to SaaS, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or startup environments is considered a plus.
