Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development \& Partnerships Manager specialising in BPO and Workforce Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, establishing and nurturing key partnerships, and driving revenue through innovative solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to organisational expansion within a fast\-paced, client\-focused environment. The ideal applicant will possess strong sales acumen, excellent relationship management skills, and experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
Duties
- Develop and implement strategic plans to identify new business opportunities within the BPO and workforce solutions sectors.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners to maximise retention and growth.
- Lead negotiations and close deals that align with organisational goals, ensuring mutual benefit.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and delivery teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
- Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track leads, manage pipelines, and analyse sales performance metrics.
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and reports for prospective clients and internal stakeholders.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote organisational offerings and expand professional networks.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting the BPO industry to inform strategic decision\-making.
- Proven experience in business development or sales within BPO or workforce solutions sectors.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce CRM and other CRM software tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively.
- Organised with strong analytical skills to interpret market data and sales metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
