An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development \& Marketing Manager to join the team in Manchester, supporting our Individual Client Services division. The role
Working closely with Partners across the division, you will lead and deliver a range of business development and marketing initiatives that support the division's objectives. This is a varied, hands\-on role offering the opportunity to work across multiple disciplines, including events, sponsorships, advertising, digital marketing, public relations, direct mail, website management and B2C campaigns.
The successful candidate will be organised, proactive and commercially aware, with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You will be a confident communicator, capable of building effective working relationships across the business and delivering high\-quality activity to deadline. Skills \& Qualifications* Proven experience in a business development and/or marketing role, ideally within a professional services environment
- Experience using digital platforms such as WordPress, Google Analytics and CRM systems
- Strong understanding of business development and marketing principles, including digital marketing concepts and best practice
- Experience developing and delivering strategic marketing and business development plans
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong copywriting and editing skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal
- Commercially aware with the ability to identify growth opportunities
- Personable, confident and able to influence at all levels
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently when required
- Experience of the legal or professional services sector is desirable
