Business Development Manager

Duties:

\- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
\- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
\- Conduct negotiations and close deals to meet sales targets and revenue goals.
\- Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure successful project management and implementation of new business initiatives.
\- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth and improvement.
\- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and increase market share.
\- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports.

Qualifications:

\- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
\- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the same industry.
\- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successfully closing deals.
\- Excellent project management abilities to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
\- In\-depth knowledge of market trends, customer preferences, and competitor analysis.
\- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
\- Proficiency in using CRM software for lead management and sales tracking.
